The provincial key science and technology special project "Tannuo Group's key technology research and industrialization demonstration of 3,000 tons of straw fiber ethanol" undertaken by Tianguan Group recently passed the acceptance by experts, marking that the implementation of this project has achieved a complete success.
It is understood that this major science and technology project has established the first industrialized production demonstration line with an annual output of 3,000 tons of straw fiber ethanol, and successfully produced straw fiber ethanol products. The qualified rate of product quality reached 100%, and the overall technology level of the project is in the country. Leading position, major breakthroughs have been made in the research and development of cellulase and saccharification equipment, and it has the technological level and conditions for industrial production.
This major science and technology project has achieved many results. One is the successful development of a new raw material pretreatment process. The pretreatment of straw can increase the yield of monosaccharides to 44.5%. The second is the production of cellulase-producing strains and hemicellulase-producing strains, establishment of an enzyme production workshop, and industrial production. The third is to develop a key process and saccharification equipment suitable for large-scale production of straw fiber ethanol. The fourth is the successful breeding of domesticated strains that can assimilate xylose to produce ethanol, and its fermentation performance has been greatly improved. The fifth is to apply for 4 patents for inventions. It has been accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office, completed 6 papers on research results, and trained a team of nearly 100 professional technicians.
According to reports, Tianguan Group has taken the lead in domestically to achieve the industrial production of bio-ethanol using straw fiber raw materials, providing a new channel for the next step in the replacement of petrochemical energy.
