II. Main Purpose and Model Description
This non-clogging sewage pump series is ideal for handling industrial wastewater and municipal sewage. It can effectively handle sewage containing solid particles and fibrous materials. In addition to sewage pumping, it is also suitable for use as a drainage pump, pulp pump, filter rinse pump, condensate circulation pump, and irrigation pump. It finds wide application in mining, construction sites, hospitals, hotels, and sewage treatment facilities. The pump is suitable for media temperatures ranging from 0°C to 250°C.

IV. Structure

The motor and pump are integrated into a compact structure. 1. The motor uses a Y-series asynchronous motor with B-class insulation for reliable operation.
2. The pump is mounted at the opposite end of the motor. It features a single-blade impeller with a large passage, allowing it to handle sewage with high efficiency. The pump is capable of managing fiber-containing and suspended solids-laden wastewater. A double mechanical seal ensures no leakage of the pumped medium, enhancing safety and durability.
