1. A KKE Fork for Enhanced Performance

The previous version of the Top 3.0 came with a DNM USD-8s front fork, which was great for off-road adventures but limited in braking capability. We’ve now upgraded to a KKE fork with a 203mm stroke, designed for motocross motorcycles. This new fork allows for larger rotors, giving the Top 3.0 the power and responsiveness of a motorcycle while keeping the ease of maintenance typical of e-bikes.

2. A More Powerful Battery System

We’ve replaced the old battery with a high-capacity 72V 48AH lithium battery from LG, featuring a Bluetooth-enabled BMS that supports up to 100A. This upgrade not only increases the current flow but also enables a more powerful motor and controller, delivering faster acceleration and more torque. You’ll feel the difference on every ride.

3. One-Rotor Hydraulic Braking System

Previously, the Top 3.0 used a dual-rotor brake system with Tektro HD-E525 calipers. While effective, it required two large discs to handle the heat generated by high-speed riding. Now, we’ve switched to a single rotor hydraulic system, originally designed for e-scooters but modified to fit the Top 3.0. This change offers better heat resistance, longer lifespan, and improved safety, especially at higher speeds.

4. A Stronger Motor for Faster Rides

The Top 3.0 now features a QS V3 205 3000W motor, capable of handling peak loads up to 6000W. This means quicker acceleration and a top speed of up to 90 km/h (with a default of 80 km/h). Whether you're riding on trails or city streets, the motor delivers more power and efficiency than ever before.
