Delfast, a leading name in the electric bike industry, has announced a major shift in its business strategy. The company is now focusing all its resources on developing and improving its flagship model, the TOP. This decision marks a new chapter for Delfast as it prepares to retire several of its previous models.

Starting from November 1st, all B2C models including the Prime (a Guinness World Record holder), Offroad (E-Bike of the Year 2019), TOP 2.0 (2019’s bestseller), and Cross Dirt (often referred to as "Sur Ron’s killer") will no longer be available for sale. To give customers a final chance to purchase these popular models, Delfast is running a special sale from October 1st to October 31st.

For founders Daniel Tonkopiy and Serhii Denysenko, this move reflects a strategic vision aimed at long-term success. The pandemic prompted the team to reassess their priorities and make tough but necessary decisions. While all existing models saw increased sales, the team chose to concentrate on one product that already dominates the market — the TOP.

"There's a solid business reason behind this decision. The TOP accounts for 81% of our sales, so we're fully committed to making it the best electric bike on the market,"

Daniel explained. Delfast aims to push the boundaries of performance, speed, design, and comfort with the next version of the TOP, ensuring it remains unmatched in the industry. The goal is to deliver an electric bike that truly meets the needs and expectations of its users.

While the focus is now on the TOP for B2C customers, other models like Trike (a B2B product) and TopCop (designed for law enforcement) will continue to be produced and sold as planned. The company remains active in the B2G sector and continues to develop specialized electric bikes for public use.

Importantly, this change doesn't affect customer service or warranty commitments. All orders placed before or during the sale will be fulfilled as scheduled. Delfast also continues to offer a lifetime warranty on 2020 models, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
