Dennis McGuire, Jr. recently shared some fresh photos of nearly every vehicle stationed at the three Mount Prospect fire stations. His contribution helps provide an updated visual record for anyone interested in the local firefighting fleet.
The Mount Prospect Fire Department operates with quite a diverse range of equipment. Their inventory includes four fire engines, one tower ladder truck, two squads, four ambulances, a dive trailer, a warming bus, and a battalion chief buggy. Notably, the tower ladder and three of the engines are manufactured by Pierce, while all four ambulances were custom-built by Medtec. The remaining vehicles come from various other manufacturers, adding to the department's mix of brands and capabilities.
As you can see from the accompanying photos, these vehicles are well-maintained and ready for action.
