Dennis McGuire, Jr. recently shared some fresh photos of nearly every vehicle housed at the three fire stations in Mount Prospect. His contribution helps provide an up-to-date visual record of the department's impressive fleet.
The fire department operates with a diverse array of vehicles, including four pumpers, one tower ladder, two squads, four ambulances, a dive trailer, a warming bus, and a battalion chief buggy. Notably, the tower ladder and three of the pumpers are from Pierce Manufacturing, while all four ambulances were custom-built by Medtec. The remaining vehicles come from various manufacturers, reflecting the department’s commitment to selecting equipment that best meets their operational needs.
