The resulting intellectual property rights are shared by both parties. Jingzhao Water Meter will entrust the Sanchuan Group to manufacture the required smart water meters (DN15 to DN20) and special-purpose water meters. The above cooperation period is from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2021.
The company said that this cooperation aims to integrate the resources of both parties and create complementary advantages and synergies. It will promote the rapid entry of the company's smart water meters, especially the Internet of Things water meter into the Beijing market, in order to fully prepare for the intelligent updating and reconstruction of online water meters in Beijing's urban areas. It also lays a solid foundation for the company's comprehensive and in-depth cooperation with Jingzhao Water Meter and even Beijing Water Supply Group Co., Ltd. Before the signing of this cooperation framework agreement, Jingzhao Water Meter has issued 10,000 purchase orders for IoT water meters to the company.
