Grounding module lightning protection engineering construction process:
The quality of the grounding system depends to a large extent on the quality of the construction quality. Therefore, it is very necessary to master the correct construction methods and quality requirements for the construction. The following basic principles should generally be followed in the construction of grounding projects:
(1) In the effective length range, grounding body should be buried in the place where soil resistivity is as small as possible.
(2) Place the grounding body away from the heat source.
(3) The place where the grounding body is buried should be kept away from places with strong corrosive substances.
(4) The grounding site should be located as far away as possible from people's regular activities, otherwise measures should be taken to prevent step-by-step voltage hazards.
(5) According to the actual needs of the project, the grounding grounding module is generally used for horizontal burial, but also for vertical burial, or buried in any other suitable terrain conditions.
(6) The buried depth of the grounding body should not be less than 0.8m. It should be buried properly under the conditions permitting.
(7) The distance between the vertical grounding body should be more than 5 meters, and the horizontal grounding body should be 5 to 10 meters.
(8) The same kind of corrosion-resistant metal materials shall be used to ensure that the electrical connection of the buried part of the earthing system is solid and reliable by means of welding. Lapping welding shall be used. The lap length shall not be less than twice the width of the flat steel or 6 times the diameter of the round steel. , And should be multi-sided welding. Suggested weld length is not less than 100mm. There must be no welding, missing welding.
(9) The welding slag shall be carefully removed and the welding part shall be coated with asphalt or other anti-corrosion materials to be preserved.
(10) Backfill with the original soil or fine clay, at least to ensure that there are 30 ~ 50cm of fine soil around the grounding body, and adequate watering is fully implemented.
Packaging, storage and transportation
The texture of the grounding module is hard but brittle and brittle.
(1) The grounding module is packed with plastic foam and wooden boxes, two boxes each.
(2) The grounding module should avoid mechanical damage during storage and transportation to prevent high temperatures and exposure.
(3) The grounding module has a shelf life of two years.
