Copper Cable Recycling Machine General Introduction
1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and separated into copper and plastic. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve; larger meshes result in longer pieces and higher output. Mesh size should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
2. The mixture of copper granules and plastic is transported to the separator by conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic pieces (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The blower connects to a dust collector with a collection bag to prevent dust emissions, protecting the environment. When the bag is full, it is emptied.
3. The separator uses differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials to separate copper granules and plastic. By adjusting the speed of the conveyor and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom and upward, while lighter plastic pieces move to the top and downward. Both materials are discharged through separate openings.
4. All components are installed on the underbed, forming a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so customers only need to connect it to power to start production.
