• One Control Box with Digital Pressure Display and Controller

• Canon Connectors Pre-Installed on Transducer, Solenoid Valves, and Back of Control Box

Typical Operation Procedures

• Install one solenoid valve on one end of the tube flange, then connect it to the gas tank inlet (1/4" I.D. rubber hose required).
• Install another solenoid valve on the other end of the tube flange, then connect it to the vacuum pump.
• Mount the pressure transducer onto the tube flange.
• Plug all connectors into the control box, and connect the control box to a 110VAC (or 220VAC) power source.
• Set the low and high pressure limits on the digital controller; the system will then maintain the desired pressure range accurately.

Application Notes

Gas flow rate can significantly impact the accuracy of pressure control. The minimum pressure control range recorded using this system is:

• ±100 mTorr (<1 Torr),
• ±5 Torr (1–760 Torr).
