• One Pressure Transducer with M14 Male Port: 0–230 kPa with 1% accuracy
• Two Solenoid Valves with 1/4'' BSPP Connecting Ports (Male)
• One Control Box with Digital Pressure Display and Controller
• 110V–220VAC Power Cable and Plug Included
• Canon Connectors Pre-installed on Transducer, Solenoid Valves, and Back of Control Box

Typical Operation Procedures
  
       

• Install one solenoid valve at one end of the tube flange, then connect it to the gas tank inlet (1/4" I.D. rubber hose required)
• Install another solenoid valve at the other end of the tube flange, then connect it to the vacuum pump
• Mount the pressure transducer onto the tube flange
• Plug all connectors into the control box and connect the box to a 110VAC (or 220VAC) power source
• Set the low and high pressure limits on the digital controller; the system will then maintain the desired pressure range accurately

Application Notes

Gas flow rate can significantly impact the accuracy of pressure control. The minimum pressure control range recorded using the system shown below is:

• ±100 mTorr (<1 Torr)
• ±5 Torr (1–760 Torr)
