The Rhino-III is an advanced automatic CNC bending machine, also known as a CNC letter bending or character bending machine. It's designed for manufacturing logos, signs, neon signs, billboards, light boxes, and outdoor advertising displays. This machine brings efficiency and precision to your production process.
One of its key advantages is being a three-in-one CNC channel letter bending machine with two working systems. It has separate bending axes for stainless steel and aluminum, allowing you to switch between materials without changing tools. The conversion takes just 3–5 minutes, significantly saving time and improving productivity.

4. Key Features:
1. **Automatic Straightening Device** for Aluminum/Stainless Steel Profiles: Ensures smooth material feeding and precise cutting before notching. Automatically loosens when no material is present, ensuring unobstructed return.
2. **Feeding System**: Equipped with an automatic length measurement system (BMO), controlling feeding precision within 0.05mm, enhancing the accuracy of letter production.
3. **Notching Device**: Uses four sliding units and Japanese gravity cylinders for power transmission. The profile is automatically compacted before notching, ensuring stable and accurate slotting.
4. **Bending Device**: Utilizes a squeezing principle with one roller for left and right bending. Prevents surface deformation during reverse bending by avoiding double roller bending. A 200mm squeeze roller increases bending space, making it easier to bend small radii and improving overall quality.
5. **High Precision**: Achieves 0.05mm precision, compatible with laser engraving, plasma cutting, and CNC routers for complete advertising processing.
