1. The electric control system uses world-renowned controllers such as servo drivers, servo motors, positioning modules, and CPUs from Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, and Delta. These components ensure strong performance and excellent stability.
2. An ultra-large CPU is used, capable of storing up to 400 groups of data. If more storage is needed, additional software can be purchased and installed for the computer, allowing unlimited expansion of edit groups via hard disk.
3. A Windows operating system is installed on the industrial computer, which works with the servo system, combining the advantages of servo drive functionality with the convenience of Windows-based data management. Data can also be stored on a hard disk or floppy disk, allowing for infinite expansion of edit groups.
4. It automatically detects errors and faults and displays them on the screen, making it easy for operators to identify and resolve issues quickly.
5. All processing data is input through the touch screen, and each elbow can be set with compensation values, speed, and demould clearance based on different materials.
6. For the same pipe, each elbow can have 5 action sequences and 10 speed sections independently, improving work efficiency and reducing tube interference points.
7. The touch screen supports switching between Chinese and English, and custom language options are available upon request (optional).
8. Materials can be delivered directly or wrapped according to customer requirements. XYZ coordinates can be automatically converted to YBC processing values.
9. After data editing is complete, the data can be password protected to prevent unauthorized changes (optional).
10. A heat exchanger is provided for the electrical control system to ensure automatic cooling. If required, an NC air conditioner can be added to extend the service life of the control system (optional).
11. The machine includes an automatic oil injection system to reduce friction at the elbow and ensure high-quality bending results (optional).
12. The machine can be connected to a printer to print all data displayed on the screen (optional).
13. Communication interfaces and data units are available for the machine, enabling network connections to Liye for remote operation, monitoring, software updates, and troubleshooting (optional).
14. The feed position of the trolley, the interference positions of the safety device and digital module, and the guide mold interference point can be manually adjusted and automatically remembered, eliminating manual measurement errors and machine collision damage.
15. The feed shaft is automatically detected before action to prevent collisions with the machine.
16. During actual bending, users can select action segments to observe interference points and make adjustments, improving efficiency.
