2. Use a digital voltmeter to measure the output voltage of each load cell in electronic scales in order. If there is inconsistency, adjust the corresponding two precision adjustable resistors in the junction box to reduce the difference between them. However, the amount of adjustment must be noted that the two adjustable resistors must be rotated in the same direction and the same amount of rotation should be used. When turning clockwise, the resistance decreases, the output voltage increases, and the displayed value increases. Otherwise, the opposite is true. Until the adjustment to the electronic scales, the output of each weighing sensor is the same.

Debugging is generally carried out using the gravimetric method, which means that the weights of the 1/10 largest scales are successively placed on the center position of the electronic scale weighing platform and on the weighing platform above each weighing sensor, and the actual difference method is used to measure each weight accurately. The amount of difference in the output of the load cell is adjusted, and the corresponding two precision adjustable resistances of the weighing scales of the electronic scales are respectively adjusted to reduce the amount of difference between them, but the rotation direction and the rotation amount are also the same.
