About Us:
Our company is one of the main factories under the China Chemical Equipment Group and is also the largest pressure vessel manufacturer in Zhejiang. Established in 1972, we have been engaged in the design and manufacturing of pressure vessels for over 40 years. We hold the Design License for Special Equipment (Pressure Vessels of Type I, II, III) (RSPZJHG0401-2). We are authorized by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine with A1, A2, B3, C2, and C3 pressure vessel manufacturing licenses, as well as design licenses for A1, A2, C2, and C3 pressure vessels, and GC1(3), GC2, and GC3 pressure piping design licenses.
We have obtained ISO 9001:2008 International Quality Management System Certification. Our facility covers an area of 170,000 square meters, with total assets exceeding 180 million yuan. We employ 500 workers and staff members, including 55 technicians (6 senior engineers, 19 engineers, 10 junior technicians, 1 senior technician, 4 technicians, and 15 Non-Destructive Testers (RT, UT)). We have eight departments including technology, production, sales, quality, procurement, finance, secretariat, and standards, along with a general management office, an international export office (Ningbo DSW), five workshops, and an installation company. We have also established a Welding Test Station in collaboration with the Ningbo Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Our quality assurance system is led by quality engineers, design engineers, and welding specialists.
Inspection and Guarantee:
All welding seams are subject to 100% RT non-destructive testing and penetrant testing (PT) according to the technical requirements of storage tank production. High-purity nitrogen (up to 99.999%) is used for strength testing. Advanced helium mass spectrometer leak detectors (with precision up to 2×10â»â¹ Pa·L/s) are used for helium mass spectrometry leak detection. The inner containers of the storage tanks are passivated through overall pickling to meet cleanliness requirements for dangerous goods. Imported ultraviolet black light lamps are used to ensure no oil stains or other organic impurities remain in the inner containers. After cleaning, the inner and outer containers are assembled within a time interval of less than 2.5 hours. Following assembly, the inner containers and interlayers are filled with nitrogen to protect them from dust and organic impurities, ensuring cleanliness. The inner and outer surfaces of the outer containers undergo full sandblasting treatment to meet Sa-2.5 standards. Once the steel plate surfaces show a metallic color, a vacuum cleaner is used to remove adhered dust, further ensuring the vacuum degree in the interlayer. Special high-quality perlite, treated using our proprietary process, is used as insulation material in the interlayer. All internal cylinders undergo gas-tightness and pressure performance tests after manufacturing. Both internal and external cylinders are subjected to rigorous helium mass spectrometry leak detection. After production, all pipe openings are opened for nitrogen purging and replacement to meet oxygen usage standards. Finally, all pipelines and valves are sealed, and the tanks are filled with 0.2MPa high-purity nitrogen for protection.
