Copper Cable Recycling Machine General Introduction1. Put wires and cables into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath and copper are completely separated. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve; the larger the mesh, the longer the crushed material will be and the higher the output will be. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material during production.
2. The crushed material (a mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and some lightweight plastic pieces (including fiber, rope, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the pressure-reducing blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust discharge for environmental protection. Dust and some lightweight plastic pieces are collected in the bag and discharged when it is full.
3. The separator is used for separating plastic pieces and copper granules. Based on the differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials, there is a specific gravity deviation under the forces of aerodynamics and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) will move to the bottom of the sieve and from bottom to top, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) will move to the top of the copper granules and from top to bottom, eventually being discharged through different openings.
4. All units are installed on the Underbed to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted and ready for production before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.
