Wire Granulator Machine Introduction:
The JLF series copper wire granulator machine is designed to recycle waste household communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and other industrial cables. This machine consists of a crushing and separating system, along with an efficient dust collection system to produce clean copper and plastic pellets. 
The JLF-400-1 model (capacity: 80-100kg/h) is ideal for small factories or new startups in the wire recycling business. It features a compact design that saves space, making it easy to move and operate. Only one operator is needed to manage the entire system efficiently.

Wire Granulator Machine Detail Instruction:
1.Crushing System: The first step in the recycling process involves the crushing system. There are 14 moving blades inside the crusher, which can cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of about 5-8mm in size, depending on the raw material.
2.Screen: The screen is part of the vibrating separator and helps separate copper pellets from mixed materials. Different hole sizes are available, allowing customers to choose based on the raw material size.
3.Blades: There are 12 moving blades inside the machine.
4.Output Copper Pellet: After being separated by the vibrator, copper pellets go through a second separation process. With this machine, you can achieve nearly 100% purity in copper pellets.
5.Output Plastic Pellet: Similarly, plastic pellets undergo a second separation using a small vibrator to ensure high purity.
6.Small Vibrator: Two small vibrators are included in the machine, one for copper and one for plastic, to perform the second separation.
