Processing Procedures:
  1. Copper wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed, and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve. Larger meshes result in longer pieces and higher output. The mesh size should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The crushed material (a mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces) is transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and some lightweight plastic pieces (such as fiber, rope, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by an air blower. The blower is connected to a dust collector equipped with a dust bag to prevent environmental pollution. Dust and some light plastic particles are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
  3. The vibrating separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, the materials are separated under the influence of aerodynamic forces and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the sieve and upward, while lighter plastic pieces move to the top and downward, eventually being discharged through different outlets.
  4. All components are installed on the underbed, forming a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so customers only need to connect it to the power supply to start production.
