It mainly uses photosensitive resin as a raw material, and utilizes the characteristic that liquid photosensitive resin will cure quickly under ultraviolet laser beam irradiation. The photosensitive resin is generally liquid, and it immediately initiates a polymerization reaction and completes curing when irradiated with a certain wavelength of ultraviolet light (250 nm to 400 nm). SLA focuses on the surface of the light-curing material by focusing ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength and intensity to solidify it sequentially from point to line and from line to surface, thereby completing the drawing of a layered cross-section.

The frame-type plate vulcanizer is designed for vulcanizing various types of rubber and plastic mold products, as well as non-molded items. It features a frame structure with an upward pressing mechanism. Under hydraulic pressure, the piston rises to bring the hot plate together, applying pressure. When the piston descends (i.e., the hot plate opens), it is driven by the weight of the hot plate, platform, and piston, which pushes the working fluid back into the reservoir.
The oil cylinder is made of nodular cast iron, offering improved compressive strength and wear resistance. An oil-resistant rubber seal ring is installed inside the oil cylinder to ensure a tight seal during operation. The combined oil pump serves as the power source, providing pressurized working fluid. Through the control valve, the operator can adjust the position of the control handle, allowing the piston to rise or fall as needed.
The machine uses tubular electric heating elements, eliminating the need for a boiler and reducing air pollution, keeping the workshop clean. It has an attractive design, a rational structure, easy control, and is safe and reliable.
