1. Pellets from In-House, Post-Industrial Recycling

These pellets can be used to produce premium plastic products again.

2. Pellets from Post-Consumer Recycling
The ML two-stage granulator is also ideal for processing washed, post-consumer, and agricultural films. The cutter compactor generates frictional heat during the compacting process, which helps dry and remove moisture from the flakes. These recycled pellets can be used in various extrusion processes, either alone or mixed with virgin material to cut costs. The addition of masterbatch and additives can further enhance pellet quality.
