Application: Z-type incline conveyor is ideal for a wide range of free-flowing products in the food, agriculture, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical industries. It's commonly used for snack foods, frozen foods, vegetables, fruits, confectionery, chemicals, and other granular materials.


Features:

1. "Hooked" flights allow a 75-degree angle of feed to save space.



2. The conveyor body can be designed for full wash-down facilities. Integral side flights flex around corners, eliminating the need for side guides during cleaning.

3. All parts are easy to disassemble and install. Belt material can be changed between PP, PVC, and PU based on your requirements.

4. The machine can function as a standalone conveyor or integrate with vibratory feeders and other packaging systems. It can extend up to 6 meters. Variable speed inverter control is available if needed.
